ORS Consulting opened its office in Utrecht in late 2025, strengthening its presence in Western Europe and establishing a dedicated base for its activities in the Netherlands.

 

ORS supports organisations across a broad range of industrial and infrastructure sectors, including oil and gas, process industries, manufacturing, energy, transport, and critical infrastructure, with particular relevance to developments in hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, offshore wind, power infrastructure, and sustainable aviation fuels.

 

We work with asset owners, operators, and engineering companies to manage technical, operational, and safety-related risks throughout the asset lifecycle. Our support helps organisations address process safety, risk management, operational integrity, and regulatory requirements while making informed decisions during project development, detailed engineering, and operations. Typical areas of support include:

     New developments: Providing independent risk and safety support from early concept through detailed engineering and               handover to operational phase;

 

     Existing facilities: Improving safety, availability, barrier management and operational resilience for operating assets, as well       as managing risks associated with modifications and expansions;

 

     Complex assignments: Addressing technical, operational, regulatory, security, and human factors requirements through a           multidisciplinary approach.​
